Great name.

This was a pretty tasty beer. Fairly sweet with peppery/spice notes. I'd definitely get it again if I saw it on draft.

La Chouffe

Light bodied belgian pale ale, no matter if the bottle says its dark. A little funk in the smell, but not really in the taste.

Slight spice taste, I guess from the coriander. Not bad, not great.

Bonus Mandy Thoughts:
Smells Belgian-y. Tastes Belgian-y. Would be a good beer for people who don't really like Belgian beers though.

Houblon Chouffe Tripel IPA

Definitely hoppy. Tasted a lot better as it warmed up. Not too funky. Definitely a "Belgian" made IPA. Not a lot of malt taste to it. Tasted like a well hopped belgian pale ale.
